This is a little concerning to me. Kick-off for the Super Bowl is at 6:18 PM Eastern time. Do they really think the game is going to be over by 8:30 PM? It’ll either be the best time ever (right after the Super Bowl) or the WORST time ever (during the 4th quarter in a tight game). Are they going to delay it until the game is over? That would only make sense to me. But what do I know.

I think the idea is similar to the lingerie bowl & what Fox did at least once.

It is to get people to watch it at half time instead of the real half time show.

If it hits during halftime, that will be the absolute best thing ever. Every red-blooded male American will definitely turn on Spike to watch us get medieval on some ham.

Im sure everyone will immediately change the channel to SPIKE tv instead of halftime superbowl. Are you nuts ? Maybe 40yrs ago when superbowl halftime had nothing but marching bands .
