Humble Bob capable of heavyweight 10K race record?

“Humble” Bob Shoudt (Happy 38th birthday) recently ran 5 miles in 41 minutes. This is a slightly slower pace than the record 10K (6.2 miles) time of 48 minutes for 300+ pound runners AICE news claims that Joe Menchetti set at a race in Juarez, Mexico on Labor Day weekend (see bottom of link). I am not sure what the Humble One’s current weight is, but if it is above that threshold, that record appears attainable.

Bob i commend you for the outstanding time of 41 min 5 miles. IF you weight is over 300lbs that is one incredible feat. It takes me 84 min to run 4.5miles but i do it at a very slow pace. If you can keep up that consistancy on a daily basis you wont have to diet any longer because that alone will shed the pounds much faster. Keep up the great work

No dumbass, a walking pace is usually 2 miles per hour. People have different walks but average is 2 mph. 84 min not a run, but it is not a walk. Whatever you want to say at least he does it and can do it. What do you do fatass?

That is correct Richard its not a run but a better than walking. Walking is fine but its too easy. Now for those of you that want me to run brisk jogging like a marathon runner . I wish i could but its just not possible for me anymore besides if i drop dead you wont have beautifulbrian.com to kick around .
