I can’t believe the winner of the women’s division ate only 7.5 — in an hour! I could’ve beat that easy! I wish I had known about it; I would have gone.

    Damn.

Philly guy if you are just going to watch and have no intention of compete in that burger event in Dec in PA i consider you a full time whimp .

Lets see be in the best leauge around or do a burger that if I complete I get nothing. I love wingbowl and nathan’s way too much to mess up my chances to compete. I do the buger and get nothing or I do IFOCE and get nothing, but with IFOCE I get some street cred. Tough choice. Either you’re someone that never competed or you’re an AICE member that knows the recent progress I’ve gained. Either way I’m sticking with the big dogs and I’m gunna pull some upsets in 08.

Philly Guy is right, anonymous. Unfortunately he’s bound by an IFOCE contract that stipulates that he’s not allowed to eat in any “restaurant challenges.” It hasn’t been talked about on EatFeats in about two weeks, so we’ll assume you’re really really new to competitive eating and give you pass on your attempt to slam Philly Guy.

I suppose I will make my rounds on here.

Of course, thanks all for the good word. Definitely appreciated..

Steak- They were honestly bigger than IHOP’s but not a HUGE difference. Heavier and just plain dense. You will see in this video and previous ones where contestants rip the pancake in half, dunk it in water then ring out the excess. THE PANCAKE STAYS INTACT! IHOP’s do not… OR at least the VA area ones do not…

    Brad Sciullo- ?????

Jill- The female division won with 7.5. I think you might be surprised at how many people got sick at this contest. Most only ate 5 and that includes the men’s division as well. Pancakes expand fast… Oh, and you have to do your research if you want to find these contests. That’s half the fun!

Carey- The UEPa cap is worn in every contest I can think of since I bought it. EXCEPT in Hamburg when I knew the pony tail would distract Dave. I had to do something so I could pull through with the title.

Philly Guy- I expect to see you in attendance at the Niner Diner Saturday, December 1st at noon. Regardless if you dine, you can at least hang out with the rest of us as we enjoy an obscenely large amount of pancakes, burgers and fries. That actually sounds like a winning combination.
