What a weird competition! You think it’s like banana bread or like regular bread?

Liz – apparently (from the Chock full o’Nuts website) these sandwiches are something that their Cafes sell as a menu item. It looks like banana bread in the pictures. Should be interesting.

Its very similar to banana bread in its a brown bread made from a batter not dough, very sweet and more cake like. The eaters will most likely dunk in coffee

It’s off-topic, but I think a good Christmas eating event would be gingerbread houses built using edible materials. I saw a large table top gingerbread village the other day and imagining a team of eaters tearing it apart Godzilla-style just seemed so right to me…

If you liked the turkey email, imagine the gingerbread village one:
“The discipline is gingerbread houses filled with 5-member gingerbread families. You must complete each house before moving on to the next one. There will be deductions for any limbs or heads leftover.”
And of course, reading the results:
“Hmm.. Sonya ate a whole city block. Impressive!”

I second Steakbellie’s comment. Thanks AC for my morning cackle. Now that’s my kind of posting……more wit, less whine.

Gentleman where is your Web site? Whether I agree with your comments or not, I REALLY MISS not having them to read. And I really miss not being able to read the fallout between you and BB.
