It’s very close to the NC border, but in SC. This means SC style BBQ should be used which is the yellow mustard based sauce. Unless they import some from across the border from NC from Smithfield’s or something and then it would be vinegar based BBQ. I would assume the BBQ is going to be pulled pork since that is THE BBQ for sandwiches in the Carolinas. I wonder if they will use Maurice’s or Bessinger’s? I have always liked both very much. Anyhow they cut it, it sounds good.

If Joey goes he wins easily. If Pat goes, without Joey, he wins. If X goes, and if there are no top six eaters there, he wins. If X goes and there is one other top six eater competing (other than Joey or Pat), that person (not X) will win. That’s how easy it is to predict IFOCE events, at least currently.

From what i was told the pulled pork is from a can which stinks. If you can verify if its fresh pork cooked from a barbecue pit it would make a big difference
