    The guy updated his twitter & wrote its the 16th not 15th.

    Also, the dumpling eating contest in RI is from LAST year. There is a Dragon Boat Fest, but there is NOT a listing for a contest this year. I’m not saying they won’t have one, it just isn’t listed.
