The Japanese television segment about Takeru Kobayashi's victory in his Nathan's hot dog contest contest debut has been uploaded to youtube. "Badlands" Booker, Charles Hardy, Don Lerman, "Cookie" Jarvis and Kevin Lipsitz are others appearing in the video.

    If some of you remember the Newport NJ qualifier in 2001, Seiken ate 14 hot dogs but Phil Lipper was credited with 16 when in truth 3 of his hot dogs and buns were smashed like mashed potatoes hidden between a top and bottom plate. Seiken should have been competing in Coney instead of Lipper. Ask the Godfather he did an exhibition before the contest took place
