Joe had stopped eating to signal the judge that I was in trouble, at the risk of falling behind and loosing , Hes a real champion . I’am OK but I’am grossly overweight and obese at 270 lbs . I’ll be 62 in 2 months I know you all heard this before but this time I’m Hanging up my spoon and fork for good , this was a wake up call.

At 62 you should be a grandfather instead of partaking in this crap. . What are you doing in this arena at that age? 270lbs at your height is more than morbidly obese. Please dont tell us you went for your yearly physical and the doctor says you are fine. No doubt your cholestorol and sugar are sky high. If you dont lose the weight a heart attack is imminent

    Joe,
This is Clay Luttrell, I came in 4th place and it was my first event. I would appreciate any help and advice you could give me so that I can be more of a competitor in the future. I did nothing to prepare for the contest and I have no clue what to do to effectively prepare or to stretch my office. I will appreciate any advice and guidance you could give me. By the way it was awesome to see how great you guys did and to be able to say I competited against you and the other pro’s that were there.
