Thanks Rhonda. The OG Tiny Tim was awesome. Are you old enough to remember when “coffee was only a dime?”
The wedding was awesome. I wanted to have some kind of eating contest at the wedding but the wife would not let me.

You’re welcome Tiny. No, I can’t quite remember $.10 coffee. As a child I can remember $.20 vending machine cokes, and $.39/gallon gas, but that’s about it.

I appreciate the support particularly from a solid eater that I haven’t met.
Longish story some what short.
Arnie asked me to have Boone remove from wloce’s site. He said ‘he felt uncofortable sponsoring someone who would thinks Boone is good for the sport’. I balked & said ‘fine, if I think its worth my while to compEAT in an aice event, i’ll cover my own expenses’.
During these emails, a few other issues that both of us had set aside for months &/or years came up through our numerous emails.
One of those more minor issues was dropping me to 4th behind Bob Kuhns. Kuhn’s is a great guy & eater, but he has never beaten me in any contest less than 15 minutes long. 95% or more of AICE contests are less than that time. If we were in Japan, where most contests seem to be longer than 15 minutes, Kuhn’s absolutely belongs ahead of me. But not here. I think he would agree with me.
To answer your question without name calling, he said ‘he was going to take me out of the rankings & I replied that if you’re not going to rank me correctly, you might as well pull me’.
I did not leave AICE, it left me, along with the principle of an eaters right to eat.
Thankfully, even if I never eat in an AICE contest again, I shouldn’t suffer the biggest loss I had when I left the ifoce. I will likely still see most of my fellow eaters at independent contests. Yes, that is about the only thing I missed from leaving the ifoce, the camraderie & fellowship of the other eaters.
I wish EVERYONE affiliated with AICE well, as well as eaters in the ifoce,wloce,eatorf,the denver meet up group & any others I’ve missed. I believe the successes of one help all of us.
Hopefully, Arnie will come to his senses & stand back up for the principles that AICE was founded on.

Dunno Pete, I dont think they are mutually exclusive. I got the feeling that Boone justed added peoples names to the roster willey-nilley. Perhaps we will be in WLOCE by tonight!

WLOC is not even a league . Its a fake website put together by a few Indian aquantainces of Dale Boone. . Boone not only begged the one or two sponsors that were dumb enough to fall for his crap , but pleaded with menchetti to be in the rankings just to make it look good .
