    I’ve watched joe over the years and it never changes, show up to things noone else does and win and pretend like your still a great eater, i mean congrats but thats amateur hour

    Can we get coverage on the great Jack “Keeps It All Down” Legath winning the Submarine House’s sub contest this weekend? He deserves some recognition for posing as an amateur and winning this amateur only contest! Way to go Jack!

    Looks like Jacky Boy got BUSTED for entering and had to give back the prize money. It was very distinctly no pros in the rules. Bummer to the king of arrogance eaters. Karma is a beeotch!

    Joe wouldnt sign the contract in 2004 so mle blacklisted him from their contests. He made a nice chump of change eating as an indy for many years

    Menchetti was always a smart eater and still is. He carefully chooses his contests and, as said above, he has made a fair amount of money as an independent.

    I also won corn in Schuyler the day before.????????.

    Both contests were posted here. Anyone could have come. The possible greatest eater on the planet came to corn a few yrs ago and came in 4th.

    One prominent eater asked if i was going to clams and didnt come because I said yes.

    I generally enter contests that suit my style. Short, technique driven and profitable.

    As the 1st guy that wasn’t allowed to compEAT at Coney after qualifying, shouldn’t I be the 3rd competitor in the Vegas Showdown? ????????????
