    I’ve eaten hog brains before (with eggs), and once, I ate a squirrel’s brain. (I was a child.) But I never knew what cow brains taste like. If they taste similar to liver, since I love liver, I wouldn’t mind the taste too much … I suppose.

    Yeah pig brains were like a… chunky creamed cheese / liver mix. Not too bad, not too appetizing either specifically because of the knowledge of what you’re eating.
