Joey Chestnut will attempt to break the record for the most Mars bars consumed in one minute at the Comic-Con International in San Diego on July 22. Pat Bertoletti and Tim Janus will also be present at the event.

    Do you they ever stop to think that picking the same two or three names for the media might make other eaters jealous? I mean its like manqger of your HS baseballl team never putting you in the starting lineup riding the bench for your entire career

    The IFOCE gives the customers – the sponsors, for whom the IFOCE works – what they want. Who do you think the sponsors would choose if given a choice between Janus or, say, Seiken?

    I actually think that Pat Bertoletti has a better chance at breaking the record than Joey. Joey’s good with meats, but Pat’s better with sweets. TEAM PAT!

    This only shows that there is no one else of marketable value for MLE..We are just placemats on a table to pick up dirt for the others.Contracts are worthless if you dont compete

    I like how it is outside of Comic-Con. Does that mean that all the dudes dressed up like Spock are gonna laugh at it on the way into the convention?

    That picture of Joey, well, I guess it could be worse, but come on. If he is going to be the face of CE for now, try to find a better picture. Maybe before a contest would be better, or even an actual photo shoot.

    A bomb that is a pretty dumb analogy. Like sayin that girl or guy has bad breath and body odor when in fact its not the case at all. You can blackball someone you dont like and get people to believe they have no talent by either ignoring their talents or badmouting them and getting people to believe its true. Case in point with Seiken . His broadcasting talents are second to none. Can Janus conduct an internet talk show while at the same time keep the audince attentive for nearly an hour? I dont think so. Seiken did it 26times in 2yrs

    You really don’t need to post anonymously, you great talent. God knows you’ve told everyone who will listen and then some what an outstanding talent you are. Too bad they’re so short-sighted, and can recognize your brilliance. Maybe this tiny arena is not the place to showcase such incredible ability. Rockefeller is nearby and I’m certain they’re always looking for broadcasting phenoms. Amazing how many times such a captivating talent has been overlooked. No – you’re right, professional broadcasting and media outlets are wrong. This powerhouse needs serious national exposure.

    Anyone who can sell eight DVD’s of hard-hitting entertainment must be doing something right.

    When my domain comes up for renewal in two months i will more than likely close my site which should put a huge smile on your hating faces. You guys did a super job in convincing me that maybe thats the road i should take. That along with the fact that this site and the selfish bastard that runs it, has taken pleasure in attempting to put me out of business by grabbing every piece of ce info he could get his hands on. With that said i dont see the point of keeping my site around any longer. With facebook i get to updtate whenever i please, and get to pick and choose whom i want to view my updates while most are quite entertained with the info i post/ The beauty of it all is that unlike this anonymous laden joke, anonymous posters are not oermitted to make a convienient little home like then have on here.
