Pocono Record reports that Justin Vernon won a 50 inch TV at a hot dog eating contest held at Beav's Long Boom Hot Dogs in East Stroudsburg, PA. Will Millender was the runner-up.

    Can’t judge by these hot dogs. Each one was 2.5 regular hotdogs long and about 2 hot dogs wide.
    They also gave us normal sized buns as opposed to the monsters that they usually use. I think if they would have served the dogs as they do in the store, it might have been a different story.
    The only other 2 hot dog contests I’ve done was 8 in 2 mins and 10 sec and 14.5 in 5 mins. Though they were not Nathan’s dogs.
    Either way, who cares….

    anonymous 9:52 I think your being kind with that number. There was an excuse with fries and now with hotdogs. A true eater will adjust, If he / she cant you get excuses. The bottom line is he lost. Thats all. What would his excuse be if “killer Kuhns” or “brokenwing Marizo” (not sure of the spelling) would have been there…… Not saying Will cant eat I just dont think he can beat them….
