Thanks for the support. You know, all the IFOCE eaters I’ve met so far have been very supportive and friendly. I’ve met some good, helpful people already. So it’s all the more reason I know I’ve made the right decision. BTW, are you doing the queen mary chili cheese fries? It says so on your blog I think. It’s a local contest for me ’cause I’m in California, so couldn’t pass up the opportunity. 2 french fry contests in such close proximity is weird. . .but I didn’t realize the queen mary thing was happening when I signed up for austin. So I guess I’ll be extra prepared the second time around
