16 seconds is amazing if that’s true. The previous record was 23 seconds. I did this contest myself last year and got around 28 seconds. It is very difficult to find the correct technique with no hands because the tofu tends to break apart and stick to the plate. I feel I could do 15-20 seconds with use of hands, but without hands that’s an incredible time. Anyone know what the prize was this year?
