    Youtube has got worse and worse over the years. If you want to monetize your videos not only do you need to meet the 4000 yearly watchtime hrs and 1k subs but you must have a pristine channel meaning that all your content must be original with you behind the camera and mic . If you image is not visible in the video then you have to either narrate it or explain why you are not in the video. They enforce these rules to make sure its you and not someone else . They can also take down your channel if they detect something that is not kosher with your videos or a violation of terms of service,. They became strict over the last 2yrs because people were using the channel with bad intentions like commit acts of violence even murder and suicide to get views

    You tube came up with a new reason to reject new creators or maybe past creators . When your channel is reviewed for monetization but not approved their excuse is reusable content. Another way of telling you come up with something original instead of the same shit and maybe you might pass the audition

    Youtube of late is making everyone believe that they are a scam with their new enforced rules to prevent new creators from making money.One creator a young girl i feel so bad for her. She was forced to remove 100 videos left with a skeletal amt which makes it impossible for her to apply for monetization again because along with the videos go her watchtime hrs To those creators who had their account before YT made changes, be grateful you were not impacted
