    Total cash purse of $3,500 divided among the top six finishers, starting with $1,500 for the champion. Plus, later that day there will be a free performance by Cross Canadian Ragweed to close out the 2010 Western Days festival. We’d love to see you there!

    Beautifulbrian Seiken mentioned on his website that he might perform some Elvis material ? Any truth to that Lewisville TX??

    I checked CNN, MSNBC AND the Fox News websites. No mention of an Beautiful Brian Elvis show, so I guess its not happening.

    We are hoping to have Elvis in the house, although it might be abbreviated. The festival schedule was rearranged this year to accommodate anticipated large crowds for headliner Cross Canadian Ragweed, so this year the parade ends right as the tamale competition is scheduled to start. We’re trying to play with the schedule to create a little bit of time before eater introductions, just not sure yet how much time we can create.

    My boy was never an abbreviated act nor will he ever be an opening act and it is i and only i that grants him permission to return from the dead. Got that!
