Been talking with Skinnyboy and he is po’ed. He said he will not post here right now. He is too upset. i’ll share his thoughts and try and tone down his remarks.

He mentions that his next hot dog eating contest is Sunday, June 29. He is upset that mle said he could not do it. He says it is for charity. He confirmed mle told him no more. He had two words for mle. You can find two words on the shirts he will wear this weekend. It says BITE ME.

He says he made some friends here and will miss being at the table with some.

Skinnyboy is doing good for others. He says Dale Boone got screwed and he says he did too. Talks are underway for Skinnyboy and Boone to compete in another group. Stay tuned for more details.

Until then remember Skinnyboy proudly wears the shirt that says BITE ME.

Skinnyboy says he can beat BB and invites him to join Boone and himself to see who is the best

Skinnyboy is loved by many even if he is no longer in mle.

He still appears to be on the rankings, so I don’t think that means he’s kicked out for good necessarily. Andrew apparently decided to stand up for what he believes in and I commend him for having the balls to do that. But it’s well known that the MLE organization doesn’t like people doing too much of their own stuff not endorsed by them, so I think it shouldn’t be a surprise to him or anyone. That’s just the risk he was taking. It’s unfortunate though because I think he’s a good guy and enjoyed eating with him. I hope they can work this out and find a resolution.

OK, I think I missed something here. What is going on with SB and the MLE?

Kevin Ross and I agree that Andrew Lane is standing up for what his rights to help out charities. I along with Kevin Commend Skinny Boy for that.

According to Steve’s Snapping Dogs website “The contest is geared toward gaining awareness and funds for the Colorado Aids Fund and Project Angel Heart. The entire $25 entry fee and a portion of all hot dog sales on Sunday’s will directly benefit these charities.”

Andrew Skinny Boy Lane or as he is called at Snapping Dogs, A Bomb Lane, chose to make a donation of $25 to these two charities. That is within IFOCE rules. Where Andrew Lane crossed the line is when he competed in the hot dog eating contest again and again.

Donating time and money to charities is a commendable action. He could of donated money, bought hot dogs and sat on the sidelines. He did not have to eat in the contest. That is how he crossed the line and that is why he is just like Dale Boone. Both were told about the rules and both repeatedly broke them. As such both are gone from IFOCE.

Andrew Lanes heart is in the right place but his rule breaking actions did him in.

Hopefully we’ll get the real story from Skinnyboy soon. Either way, lots of overreacting going on.

I apologize for assuming anything was happening if it isn’t. I probably shouldn’t take an anonymous comment as being accurate and wait until I hear it from the horse’s mouth! Sorry about that.
