    Makes no sense. I don’t think either have ever competed oysters. Why not send Sonya, A-Train or Adrian? I think they have been top 3 in oysters for the past several years.

    If it is public, they are allowed. An event itself can have invited eaters as arranged by MLE. The event wants high profile eaters to promote their event, they contact MLE, arrangements are made. Not everything is an MLE only contest.

    A great trip to Eire is well deserved for both. But thehl never beat Sonya in oysters or they would of showed up in the last 10 years.
