Don Lerman the reason you are not losing any weight is because you are hanging out with those retards at the coffee shop. They are not your real friends and are basically miserable people that want to share their misery with you. They could care less how much weight you put on and wouldnt care if you ballooned to 300lbs. Stop treating people to dinner including yourself. Stop going out like some 17 year old teen . sit in the damn house and relax. I guarantee you will lose weight .
