Carnaval Miami announces that it is postponing the Calle Ocho Music Festival that was to have taken place next weekend and the croqueta eating contest scheduled for March 15 has been removed from the MLE calendar (via Beard Meats Food)

    That will be the first of many MLE contests cancelled. I doubt very much if Nathans contest will take place in Coney this year if NBA is holding playoffs in empty arenas

    It is going to be fun to watch Nathan’s qualifiers with each contestant wearing a mask with a hole for the hotdogs and buns. George and Rich will wear high tech masks as well as any other MC’s.
