The day before! Ouch. Is it possible to down 20+ HDBs and still be able to compete the next day?

    Is this qualifier

    1) open to people who have competed in a qualifier in 2006
    2) and it is also open to Thai citizens

or is it open to people who have competed in a qualifier in 2006 AND ARE Thai citizens?

Depends on how you read it.

Just to play it safe, I have stolen a Thai driver’s license in order to qualify…One question, what happens if at the end of 12 minutes, we’re all Thaied ?!?

How many of these do we have to endure? Who hasn’t qualified? Why even have qualifiers anymore? Why not just let everyone compete at on the 4th?

I may try out just for fun and then hit the bars and “Thai” one on afterwards.

Like i said in bits and pieces if you are one of those eaters that put up “bar mitzvah ” type numbers in hot dogs dont bother showing. The contest is a trap or i would come out of retirement to compete . Some big eater that we dont know about will win this

There are several top eaters who didn’t make it to the table by only a dog or two. Erik Denmark and Joe LaRue should definitely battle it out one last time. Although, I’m intrigued by this “trap” idea. ??

It’s a shame Erik Denmark doesn’t live close by. I think he’d have more than a fightin’ chance. At least no one could say he didn’t Thai – uh, I mean – try!

It is NOT over for Moses by any stretch of the imagination. The Belt of Fat theory is simply in force. I believe that Don simply needs to shed some weight and he can be as good as ever. He’s done it before. He can do it again.

I’m assuming the 3qualifier rule is in effect for this last minute qualifier too? That would really open this up for an opportunist!!! Really, who’s left thats done more than one but less than three? OJ, got any stats?

Does anyone know exactly where and at what time the qualifier will be held? I’ll be in Coney on the 3rd and would swing by to watch, but those kind of details are sorely lacking on the IFOCE website.
