The new poll asking who you think should be 2012 rookie of the year runner-up after Jamie McDonald has been started. update The poll is looking for the competitive eater (other than Jamie McDonald) who started competing in 2012 (or late 2011) with the most impressive contest / challenge results this year.

    Oj, just alittle advice, reword it if possible because “Runner-up” and “rookie of the year ‘after'” have the same meaning.
    It’s kinda like saying “Who is in 2nd place below 1st place?”

    What did Jamie win? The douche of the yr award? The I’ll eat against pros and indie eaters so long as I can collect prizes without committing to anything award? Was it the if I eat for a charity I may seem like less of a ass award? How can he win so many contests with all that trash in his mouth?     If you have to ask who Hungry Haydo is then your search engine must be broken because there’s plenty to know about him. He’s currently Australia’s most well known competitive eater who in a short space of time has used his eating talents to raise funds for lots of worthy causes. Good on you, Haydo!

    It seems as if there are a few rotten and very jealous apples on here always trying to take someone down. That is a real shame because if you are really a fan or an eater or for whatever reason you come on here, please know that there are many fans who sincerely follow you and do use their search engines etc. There are a few well known frequent crap posters on here who never seem to let up. Do not let it bother you because they are simply not good human beings in every way. We deal with it because they are allowed to continue to post but it really does nothing to promote the sport. OJ TAKE NOTE. Start the New Year right with some community standards.

    hungry haydo is garbage sure he does a good thing for fund raising and what not but he should definitely not be rookie of the year runner up based on his youtube videos he sucks he has no competition in aussie land and thats why u think hes good hes only winning the polls on a fan base lame miki sudo or la beast should be beating him

    lol @ 9:59 someone else said I look like Arturo Rios guess I really do. I’m definitely not better than Chestnut but I appreciate the compliment! Also thanks Rhonda! I hope to impress everyone in 2013 I can definitely eat more now than I could when I started in August and I hope to keep on improving! Happy New Years everyone!
