The new poll asks what expansion pack containing additional characters would you most like to see for the upcoming Major League Eating Video game.

    Personally I would love to see some of the retired eaters! Beautiful Brian, Don Lerman, Krazy Kevin, Badlands, The Godfather, etc. Having them would be like unlocking Julius “Dr. J” Erving on NBA Jam Tournament Edition!
    They are the legends of our sport and great character for CE. Additionally I would really like to see the remaining top 10 eaters added, so they can battle it out with other current champs of the sport.

    I didnt read it anywhere but kind of guessed that the intial version would have the retired Legends in it mixed along with some of the current eaters.

    Although I’d personally LOVE to be in this, I think you gotta go with the Legends first if they expand it. There should be various props and powers you can trade points for(Cookies Spoon, Jim Mullens Teeth, Eater X’s Lemonade) and Crazy Legs should have a complete closet of Hats, puffy shirts and Nitrile-Dipped Gloves that he choses from.

    The whole thing is just awesome, and I may be the very first one to download it.
    I want it now.

    I know this won’t happen, but I think one of the versions should be an all female version of women eaters, past and present–Belly Donna, Carlene, Sonya, Marie Chang (remember her?), Juliet, Elizabeth, Akasaka, Gal Sone, and the rest of the Japanese lady eaters, to include their NEW Gluttonous Queen.

    Personally, I’d really like to see the chef from Burgertime make an appearance. Didn’t it bother you that he raced up, down and across those ladders and platforms to make giant burgers that he never got to eat? And then the hotdogs murdered him. The man deserves redemption.

    I’d also really like to see Erik ‘The Red’ Denmark in there. Do people know if he’s going to be featured.

    I’m partial to Erik because he represents Sea-town.

    Not sure if people have seen this before, but this is a pretty funny video of Erik engaging in both competitive eating and a debate on economics at the same time. He cleans house.

    Erik appears on the game website and is the rightmost character in the cartoon in the blog entry about MLEGame.com.

    How can competitive eating be regarded as a tourist attraction and sports, thats just not real, eating as tourist attraction yuk yuk……………

    we need some southern eaters in the next pack – Hall Hunt should have made the first offering, and Bubba, Joe LaRue, Dr. Bigtime, Larry the Legend, SuperPaul all are great options with well-known personalities, and character traits. Hangman, though not rated, has the required shtick, and if Toro is in, anyone’s eligible. But, no exiled eaters allowed, which leaves out the real BigMouth, who hopefully, will remain a sacred cow in India..
