    1. Koby (Unquestioned, in my mind. Only Joey Chestnut is even in his class.)
    2. Pat (The best in the world in sweets and jalapeno peppers)
    3. Jamie
    4. Pete
    5. GJoe
    6. Dale Boone

    After that you could probably thow a blanket over three or four of them, including Molly and Dave Brunelli.

    Rhonda, Boone should not be on that list at all. Dave B is really good. Torres too. GJoe is fast but I’d put both of them above him.

    I’d agree with the top 3 you have. After that it gets hazy, you missed Gravy in there. Also Molly does mainly challenges but the speed she does the challenges is scary, I’m guessing she would put up some impressive numbers at a contest table.

    Gjoe and Boone def not in the top 6 though, I putting people like Gilbert, Dahl, Torres, Brunelli and Squib before them. Heck I’d even put guys like Excell, US Male, Wells, Ross and Reda in there before those two. With all due respect to GLoe and no respect due to Boone.

    Let’s just say I don’t think the economy will take a hit from any absence of money that Gravy would have brought in to MLE, had he stayed on board.

    He’s much better off where he is—-same for MLE.

    Val is one outstanding photographer. She captures expressions like no other She would have had a big future with LOOK magazine back in the day, BTW Craig Reed gets my vote hands down as the best non ranked eater

    Molly’s getting forgotten AGAIN?

    She’s better than Torres and Gilbert, and she’s way better that Santel, Dahl, and many other names that are frequently mentioned here. …Guess it’s gonna take the Minnesota qualifier for people to see that Molly’s unequivocally the best independent female around.

    If she wins at the Minnesota qualifier, and wants to go to the finals, she won’t be independent any more. No more media promoted challenges, either.

    827- that’s not necessarily true. As talented as she may be, Molly doesn’t draw a lot of attention. She might be able to do MLE events while continuing with her independent eating.

    @9:53 notice that she is one of the big eaters that does not even have a fan page. She pays more attention to her kids than food.
