The NY Times small business blog has an entry about grand openings reporting that the total budget for the "Hottest Dog" contest judged by Joey Chestnut at the Banfield Pet Hospital in Brooklyn was $10,000 (Joey Chestnut's appearance fee was not split out.)

    Go to the off thread comment room Seiken or one of his buddies, you are so transparent. Always the same song and dance. Your head is made of wood or steel, nothing penetrates. The people who have spoken to you, confronted you, suggested that you might do so and so, each and every one has given up on you in the end. If you are not Seiken, you are a Seiken wannabe and that is a dreadful thing to aspire to. It really doesn’t matter when people tell Seiken straight to his face, nicely and not, what they think. He always always twists it around. So go away, Piss off and stop being a broken record. It doesn’t take much to be nicer and maybe, just maybe, you might get something you might want. It is pretty simple.

You claim these so called confrontations have taken place on many occasions but I’m still waitin.
