    Thank you Crawfish! That is big news. For Pat, I know that you will exceed even your own expectations. In Chicago in June, I was fortunate to be invited to dinner at “Topolobambo”, 20 of us in a private dining room had an exquisite feast with atmosphere galore, surrounded by cookbooks in the private collection of Chef Bayliss and were served the menu http://chicago.grubstreet.com/2010/06/white_house_state_dinner_menu.html
    The chef was not much older than you, had traveled widely and worked in Europe and Latin America, and is now where you, in some form, shall be before you know it.

    Pat brought excitement and passion and entertainment and focus to competitive eating. The video is excellent and thoughtful, and he gives thanks for his experiences in CE. Food can be Love and so much more. Congratulations Pat! P.S. Perhaps you will no longer need the blue velvet Elvis suit hand me up from Legs to me and then to you for Nathan’s 2008ish. And Thanks for the great memories.

    Well, perhaps I wrote too quickly. I do not keep up with eaters on Facebook. Perhaps this is his clever way to land a dream job. Whatever it is, Pat will succeed, and I laud him.

    My goodness, a lot of “conversation” has transpired since I read and posted at 12:15. Beautiful Brian seems to think that I am responsible for lots of things which are not my doing without naming me directly, unless he thinks the one woman crusade leader is Helen Haggerty.
