He’s two faced. Then again most people in the league now will do the same thing when they leave.

These guys kill me. They kiss the butt of the organization for 6yrs and never say a bad word about them but once they leave the badmouthing begins.

Has anyone noticed that Joey Chestnut has changed his attitude with the Sheas after they offered him a nice payroll salary a few yrs ago. He gave George Shea a nice hug after he defended his hot dog title in Coney last month

Sometimes you have to walk on eggshells with the sensitive Sheas. They own the world and don’t like their control powers questions in any way. Good for Bertoletti finally going on his own and having some fun with CE while still young.

MLE has a wealth of talent so they can afford to lose a Bertoletti or a Sonya because Sudo and Chestnut have enough to cover those losses. They cannot afford to lose Chestnut which is why it makes logical sense that he was offered some $$$ under the table to hang around for awhile

The only person M.L.E. has to hang on to is Chestnut. Everyone else is replaceable. With that said Chestnut would be expendable too if Kobayashi was to re sign.

As good as she is, they’re really taking a chance with Sudo, and their decision to push her could really blow up in their face.

For all the negative comments you guys know nothing about how the business is run. Yeah the eaters keep their mouth shut when competing cause unfortunately MLE has too much power… Until your an eater an have been independent vs non independent keep your dumbass opinions to yourself. Educate yourself

MLE does not have to keep anyone. Not one person. They can run their business without any single person mentioned here, past or present. Think about it carefully before you say they have to hold onto any one person. They are businessmen. And they are damn good at it.

I wouldn’t call it a business as much as a carnival side show. for freaks.

Running MLE without Seiken would be like putting up a house. Without a foundation.

There is no camaraderie in the IFOCE If there was a Christmas or New Years party on a cruise ship with some of the proceeds directly out of the pockets of the Sheas and Chestnut, then i would admit there is some giving back. Aside from the huge catered ESPN pre Nathans party at the ZONE in NYC 2004, there has been nothing . Some of the eaters formed their own cliche like Bertoletti CLC, Chestnut and Edible similar to the kids in high school that smoked pot wore dungaree jackets and only hung out and partied with select classmates Those are the kind of sneaks that make you sick to your stomach

Get off your soapbox BS, you are bitter because you were not invited. And you will never be invited anymore to anything because you always spill everything, even things which are not true. There is camaraderie in the IFOCE but those people do not comment on here for obvious reasons even if they read.

935 sounds like hes confusing IFOCE with church. or a dating service, or a welfare office, or summer camp… or a book club or knitting circle.
