Pat Bertoletti & Tim Brown food truck web page

A web page for Pat Bertoletti and Tim Brown’s food truck has been set up at http://www.gluttonforcefive.com/ (Sir Snugglesworth, Partybot and Pink Unicorn are the other team members.) The truck is offering a sandwich eating challenge awarding $500 to a customer that can beat Pat or Tim’s time. A facebook with a picture of the back of the truck and twitter have also been started. I agree with HAHA!! What are the rules of that… Beating Pat’s or Tim’s time? Do you have to beat Tim’s, Pat’s, or both?… because (nothing against Tim at all) I am sure Pat’s is considerably lower. If you have to beat Pat’s time, they should have just made it a $50,000 cash prize to get more media attention, because there is no real risk involved!!

This is so very cool, brilliant I would say. (No, I am not Rhonda) With a huge venture like this the Sheas were probably apprised in advance. The website is terrific. How does anyone know that the Sheas did not contribute to funding it? Seems logical to me. Do not expect to find out but talk all you want here. It sounds like a perfect business venture and extension to bring lots of new attention to competitive eating. Like the women’s division which inserted something new to make Nathans not the same old, same old without Kobayashi, this is a great year round venture which many people can flock to and contribute recipes to etc. This is going to fly well, imo.

What up people! The site was prematurly posted!?!?!?!?! I just set up a facebook and twitter account to get it active on the website and someone found it. We are not actually ready for prime time quite yet. Few licenses to get…few major tweaks to the website and marketing. Be on the lookout…we are gunna blow this snit up! Smell ya.

It wont last . Not trying to be negative but if you look back at blog history the only one still standing is eatfeats 6yrs and still going strong. Not sure if you want to include BB.com in the mesh but i guess longevity can be applied with that site as well. Like a store going out of biz i have seen many comp eating websites come and go quickly because they either lose the passion or just dont have the time nor energy to update.

Yardbarker never lasted why should this one? A concoction of Bertoletti most distasteful foods put in a blender? Very very appetizing. No different than looking at Andrew Lane pics on his website sitting in the dentist office getting gum treatments
