The Lotte Butte Casino in Chandler, AZ (Phoenix area) will hold two burger eating contests on August 27. One contest will see who can eat the most burgers in a fixed time period, the other will see who can finish one burger the fastest. Both contests will award ($1000 / $500 / $250 bonus play). Qualification starts August 1. (via East Valley Tribune).

    One good thing about the challenges on the west coast is that they offer a free tab and cash if you complete the challenge. The cheap bastards in NY offer nothing but a maybe a free meal at a future date and a crummy tea shirt
