Our fearless leader will let out the best groans on his way to the same number of dogs as previous years. He’s already training, so Esper, Pat, and Joey better look out for our fearless leader Josh DA GOAT!

@ 308, he will keep it a secret like last year. Because you know, everyone’s afraid of the goat.
Anyone know which one Cherish is gonna go to and eat 7? Probably California as I’m sure she’s due for another vacation.

308 Which goat can only eat 14? If they are a contender, I’m going there.

Pathetic. Not enough qualifiers to fill the table. Pity byes are pity byes. You know who you are.

One less qualifier than last year? I’d be surprised if low 20’s is going to get anyone to Coney this year.

Guess there were only 6 last year too. I accidentally counted the finals.

Negative people are bigtime losers. All of the above comments qualify. Nice to sit behind a keyboard and criticize.

There were 7 qualifiers in 2023-24 if you include the UK qualifier, 8 if you count the Thailand contest that Nat vs Food won. At least there is a Central time zone qualifier for the first time in the 2020s, but there is nothing south of Washington, DC.
There will probably be at least 3 wild cards.

Max will be doing challenges at Cattleman’s for 6 days in a row. He’s also been doing hot dog training while posting 2 videos a week. Hasn’t gained an ounce though. I guess posting that you walk 25K steps on some days completely negates all those challenges and hot dogs each week. Way to go, pal. You, JJ, Stef2Hungry, and Jack are all more alike than you are different.

As the saying goes, once you do some collabs with Joel, you get inspired to just start throwing everything up. It’s way easier and people watching on YouTube are naive.

@ 825, Jack and Max keep it down. They have stated that multiple times, you just need to look at their stravas and workouts.
Also I think you’re Sean the Mouth just jealous of others. You should follow in their footsteps and consistently produce good content and then maybe you will get the following you want. You won’t cut the mustard coat tailing off Bob and Frankie’s Frenzy’s channels.

Tanner will rack up some Southwest Airlines rewards points trying to qualify this year

It is astounding to me that Geoff, James, and Nick still have to qualify every year. The only eaters capable of defeating them would be proven top indies who would never join MLE. (Kobayashi and Dan, and Kobayashi would most likely never do that)
It would definitely free up a slot it Geoff or James won, creating a bye for one of them and Pat.
I gotta wonder how much longer it will be until we hear if Joey will be back.

11:34 – Agree! It’s total bullshit they have to re-qualify every year!
