Wu didn’t eat two steaks. Her pics prove otherwise. There is almost half steak or more worth of “gristle ” or leftover steak.

Aaron’s blog is a good read for those unfamiliar with it. He’s does spicy food challenges and is a connoisseur of craft beers. And he’s a very nice gentleman. Kudos to him!
