Double Barrel Taphouse in Vancouver, WA will hold a wing eating contest on February 1 awarding $500 to the winner.
The Portland Hot Sauce Expo will hold several spicy eating contests this weekend. $1000 will be awarded if the Guinness Carolina Reaper record is broken on August 18. $250 will be paid out to the winner of the Demon Chili Dogs from Hell contest August 17.

Takeru Kobayashi will do a taco eating challenge at tomorrow's Denver-area Sabroso Taco Festival. He will also do challenges in Auburn, WA on May 12 and Portland, OR on May 13.
