Double Barrel Taphouse in Vancouver, WA will hold a wing eating contest on February 1 awarding $500 to the winner.
The Portland Hot Sauce Expo will hold several spicy eating contests this weekend. $1000 will be awarded if the Guinness Carolina Reaper record is broken on August 18. $250 will be paid out to the winner of the Demon Chili Dogs from Hell contest August 17.

Big Al's will hold "Charge the Mound" nacho eating contests in Beaverton, OR, Meridian, ID, Ontario, CA and Vancouver, WA on October 26 awarding a 65 inch TV.
Takeru Kobayashi will do a taco eating challenge at tomorrow's Denver-area Sabroso Taco Festival. He will also do challenges in Auburn, WA on May 12 and Portland, OR on May 13.
