Kids Access Press Team has a video of interviews done at the red carpet at the premier of The Good, The Bad, The Hungry. When asked about "reversals", Tim Janus said everyone did it after the competition concluded.

    Good. It probably ain’t the healthiest and does not have to be discussed, but it is the truth for larger challenges/contests. They still digest a crazy amount of food though.

    Kobayashi speaks English better than I thought as demonstrated in this interview. He still have his translator/wife with him.
