Museums know all about copyright laws and rules internationally and follow them. If the video were protected, they wouldn’t use it. Be thrilled you got noticed. That is how it works. You get paid in attention. Some here think they can use copyrighted music with their videos just because they aren’t getting paid for same. Eventually that gets noticed too. Sue? Don’t be ridiculous. Or try and waste your time and money. You may as well just make a donation to a lawyer.
