Google Books has an issue of the tabloid Weekly World News from 2001 containing an article the metabolic condition of McKenzie Noulen which reportedly required her to eat 82 pound (her body weight) of food each day. The article claims her resting heart rate is 482 beats per minute. (The maximum heart rate for humans is considered to be approximately 220 beats per minute.)

The obvious response is just look at all of the stories, they are all ridiculous, outrageous and impossible. There may be some truth in some of them, maybe, but we all know it is not possible for a woman to give birth to a 32 pound baby. Funny though, thanks for posting OJ.

This paper of record rarely gets called out on it’s facts but truth is…
Ms. Noulen was able to consume her body weight of 82 lb. daily “because of” intense metabolic conditioning which she readily admitted and credited to her mentor, coach, training partner and future CE museum inaugural inductee and one of the humblest Ex-eaters that used to be in the sport Mr. Brian Serken.
