    Why is Nick allowed to participate? Seems like MLE is condoning his cheating. If he does participate, he should be on an end by himself, with a gap between him and the next competitor. Keep him away from others plates.

    I lost respect for MLE. It appears protecting their golden boy is more important than fair competition and honesty. It goes without saying, Nick is no respect from anyone anymore.

    Nick will not be at Wendy’s nugget contest from what I have heard. If the rumors are true, I guess this would the first contest where his suspension is “active”.

    Going forward, he will not have any friends within CE that are established eaters / that witnessed what occurred on July 4, 2024 (and discovered more recently, in June at the Donut contest). He will need to resort to befriending new eaters or low-ranking eaters that either are 1) unaware of his history of cheating, or 2) Willing to ignore it because they like the idea of getting attention from a top-ranked eater. The Nathan’s cheating was shameful and his denial and lying once caught made it worse. The donut contest cheating footage proves that this was not an isolated incident, and that Nick clearly is willing to lie/cheat in order to appear as a better eater than he is in reality. 56 donuts was nothing to be ashamed of. 46.5 hotdogs was nothing to be ashamed of. Cheating in 2 contests less than a month apart shows complete disrespect for fellow competitors and the integrity of the sport. Fuck you, Nick Wehry. Fuck you.

    Nick cheated at Donuts by lying about his total to Rich Shea, the emcee / head judge. He ate 56 clearly during the contest (looked at multiple full-length videos and counted); and he can be seen counting out 11 empty plates at the end of contest (not 12).

    Nick told Rich Shea that he ate 61 donuts, and Rich did not count Nick’s plates himself. None of the SalArmy volunteers watched Nick count either. So basically, Nick was able to just inflate his total eaten number by 5 donuts. I guess Rich trusted him enough to not verify the total himself.

    Lastly, Nick was shown to combine his pile with Webb’s at the very end of the videos I reviewed, after the results were announced and all the other eaters had departed the stage/table. This was an obvious move to conceal the fact that his pile contained only 11 fully-empty plates. There is no other reason / explanation for Nick to have done this.

    I looked at a past postings here and if marlene is talking about Sean Regaey, I think it was a corny joke to make it sound like Reggae.
    It was just his last name backwards and he probably had his real name on the form.
    Contests often have nicknames allowed for contestants.
    His last name reversed would not be a very convincing con.

    You are an in idiot. The videos of Nathan’s and donuts are clear proof of Nick intentionally cheating. I do t care what he did at other contests. He very well may have touched others plates at those contests and not cheated. Even so, why the fuck does Nick feel the need or touch anyone’s plates except his own?

    In donuts, he didn’t steal plates, he just lied to the emcee about his total # eaten. He hid the evidence of having less plates than the total that would have been required to equal his “61” recorded total.

    No matter what anyone says on here to try to dispel Nick’s cheating behavior, all the real eaters out there (including those in MLE and those not in MLE) know the truth. We all talk about it.

    If you think Nick is innocent or being “targeted”, you are essentially a “flat-earther” to me. I refuse to engage with your nonsensical arguments. Post the videos or pictures proving Nick didn’t cheat and maybe we’ll believe you…

Conti cheated and was caughtt red handed, sonya cheated and was caught red handed, erik the red same thing, webb had the heavy speculations from Steve the rabbits video at pistachios of him. None of them were punished. So I guess if nick was punished, with less proof than Sonya and Erik and Conti, Webb wasn’t, how long do you harp on it? Didn’t Conti say BOB cheated at corn once?

    To me, There’s a difference in cheating between A) not following the rules when you’re eating / trying to hide uneaten food and B) stealing someone else’s plate and lying about your total to the judge.

    Has anyone, aside from Nick, been caught stealing a plate (or other eating container) from another contestant before?
