From watching a video or two of him, I have come to the conclusion that LA Beast is really immature and a complete douchebag. All he wants is attention and hits and to make a name for himself. Am I right?

The 24 yr curse should have been broken in 1969 when the Cubs were coasting until they ran into the miracle Mets. To allow that curse to continue an additional 46yrs is inexcusable

I think they should all go to Brooklyn next and eat a 40 pound roach in hopes of breaking the long non winning steak of a certain pickle champ.

@11:34 Most likely yes. The bones would be about 15% of the carcass weight. A few sources online gave that figure.

Sheas promoted them for the sakes of their wallets, let’s not pretend the MLE is anything more than a revenue train with little overhead.

I don’t think anyone of them will ever get cancer. Hate is the driving force in which all superior beings succeed.

There also is an article in the Wall Street Journal:
http://www.wsj.com/articles/how-to-shake-baseballs-billy-goat-curse-competitive-eaters-have-an-idea-1443044376
Interesting excerpt:
““It was awesome. I wanted some of it,” said Alice Chiu, a co-owner along with the two competitive eaters and a fourth person of Taco In A Bag, the tiny North Side eatery where the event took place.”
So Taco in a Bag actually has 4 owners, at least one of whom is Asian. This also explains the Kickapoo drink angle, since it is also Asian owned.
