Wing Bowl 14 qualifying underway
Qualifying for Wing Bowl 14 has begun with T Bone Tony’s attempt to eat 3 pounds of sirloin in 9 minutes 30 seconds. Philly.com’s Wing Bowl Page will have information and videos of all the qualifying attempts. Philadelphia area college students can qualify without performing a stunt by winning one of several contests to be held near Philadelphia area colleges. (Could this be Kate Stelnick’s opportunity to return to competitive eating?)
The Wing Bowl Rules explicitly ban AICE members. It is difficult to discern what the Wing Bowl gains from its association with IFOCE, as its most popular members are prevented from competing by the ban on previous entrants and all the publicity and qualifying for the event is handled by WIP.
Chip Simpson is probably the favorite if he decides to qualify. Brian Subich and Pat Philbin are other IFOCE members to watch. (This assumes that no IFOCE members from outside the northeast enter.)

Without the likes of Badlands, Hardy, Sonya & Jarvis, It will be more of a Wingbore than a Wingbowl. IFOCE sanctioning the event is the hope that names like Chestnut & Philbin throw their hats in . I spoke to Subich he has no interest at all. I am sure the names just mentioned are not pleased that the IFOCE is sanctioning an event that they are not permitted to enter. But you know what? Barring the big guns was an Angelo & Al decision so the IFOCE has every right to sanction this event . This is a business and personal feelings have to be put aside. I love the new Wingbowl rules. I might try to qualify if they dont slam the phone on me when i call.

I’d so be in wingbowl but for some odd reason they want you to be at least 21. And with the wing 5 events Kate wouldn’t be eligible being she doesn’t go to a Philly college. There is one Dec. 8th at New Deck tavern.

I did NOT attempt the Pauliesaurus. I have not smoked since Feb. I am guessing that Chowhound & Shlesinger attempted it, & talked about me as they did @ Pinata’s. (Shlesinger smokes)
I was scheduled to try the Pauliesaurus w/chowhound but backed out for several reasons. 1. I was pissed he tried to ruin Beau Bri in retaliation for something minor that occured about a year ago. 2. I didn’t want to give him free practice to possibly beat me in Niagara. 3 & 4 I was concerned Chapman wouldn’t be able to finish 40% of the pie & even if he did, as he is prone to do in any event longer than 5 minutes, that he would suffer a “reversal of Fortune”.
BTW aice doesn’t have “members”

Badlands Booker is on Opie & Anthony with Pat from Moonachie as im writing. Booker is attempting to take the egg nog title from Pat. Badlands plugged my site and they played cuts from the new CD. People are calling wanting Booker to kick Pat’s ass. It appears to be a Badlands Booker crowd.

New Champ! Booker takes eggnog title with 71 double shots(new record) of eggnog . However Pat Philbin drank the same amount but the rules are whoever is still standing wins. Booker and Pat both puked but Philbin puked first so Booker is the champ. Pat held the old record last year with 70 double shots. This was radio at its finest.

Booker announced he had to take a huge shit afterwards and the microphone followed him to the toilet for a live audio feed. You heard farting and shitting like you have never heard before. Booker gets a load of prizes. First off he recieves oral sex from one of the interns on Opie and Anthony which is aired on the show. (well might have been simulated) other prizes include play station and Mai fai . The entire studio stunk from cheese , shit and vomit. Booker is awesome. When the CD is available it is a must to listen to ! While Booker was taking a shit in the bathroom he was quoted as saying “Its all good” Pat from Moonachie was so depressed he could not be reached for comment .Booker’s performance was legendary far surpassing any tv talk show stuff he has ever done. Booker plugged IFOCE.com and Beautifulbrian.com and played tracks from his new CD. Hooahhh ! Great Great Job from the Badlands!

Whats Good Everyone. I Had a great time up at Opie and Anthony show today. Pat and I both hold the record for 71 shots, but he heaved first, so i get the title. i could of went on but his urge triggered mine and so it goes. for the record, the oral sex thing never happened, while they were talking about it, all i can think about was making a dash for the bathroom, and how wifey was gonna kill me when i got back home! lol. but big up’s to Opie and Anthony, Pat from moonachie, and all the other contestants. it was a awesome time. Hoo Ah!
