That picture is disgraceful. She was busted and knew it but still caused a scene. She should be ashamed of herself for showing up for the finals.

Juliet pre-chewed? What does that mean? Wow, now they have another disqualidication rule that won’t get enforced. After all, Throwing up in front of a camera isn’t going to get you disqualified anymore.

Even though she got more on her than in her, that’s in the past and I just hope she has learned from it.

Carey, “pre-chewing” is a beyond-politically correct term that signifies that the eater tried to dissolve (or leave most of) the food in water. Some of the top IFOCE eaters have got that down to a science, which in turn, taints the totals.
To do well in the food-submersion events, it’s just as important to be good at slight of hand (and mouth) as it is to be a good eater. Dunking contests are a joke, and reflects the IFOCE’s obsession with numbers.
In essence, dunking and that 5-second rule is approved cheating. It kind of makes you question the amounts eaten in “food-drinking” contests.
If the eaters ate HDBs and Krystals without dunking them there would be a definitive “changing of the guard” in the rankings, and there would be no 50 dogs or 80 Krystals eaten. That’s a damned joke!
It’s ironic I’m saying all this, because my heart is with the IFOCE. I just abhor the lack of / application and enforcement of the rules.

I hope this doesn’t turn into a huge discussion of how wrong she was again. They should have done something at the contest, but they didn’t. She ‘cleaned up’ her act for the finals. Move along, nothing to see here…

Oh Anonymous … have a great 3-day weekend. Even I have feelings for poor ol’ souls such as yourself.
Take a vacation and find your true self. 🙂

Rhonda, it’s “sleight” of hand not “slight” of hand.

You got her there on sleight Anonymous, but I bet if you and her were to take an English test she would embarrass you. If I were you I’d refrain from pushing it. You might be playing with more than you know.

That pic of Juliet Lee resembles the famous b&w photo of a vietcong pedestrian being shot in the head in North Korea during the vietman war

I am sure Juliet does not like that pic. She would prefer pics of her smiling and posing
