What? Why did Boone object to Joe? And since when do eaters decide which eaters are allowed to compete? Does anyone have any answers?

Also, why was Boone banned AFTER the contest? Did he do something at the end…actually I just visited the AICE site. It says Boone was DQ’d because of “bad sportsmanship and blatant violation of Eater’s Code of Ethics.” Nothing about a ban. Did you mean DQ, OJ?

I 1st became aware of the B&W contest through this site. I sent an email regarding it, in late August.

I also faxed everything required, a few days before aice announced it was an event of there’s.

Apparently, “the scum”, called & called, & called the guy running the contest getting him to let the scum in, WAY before anyone was supposed to notified (9/27 @4pm)

When Arnie got involved, he of course said I would be a wonderful addition & I was told I was in.

The scum, then worked behind the scenes threatening things & beetching about laying out airfare etc., so on the 28th I was told I was out.

For some reason, they only wanted six eaters. As it turns out they must have taken the 1st six eaters who applied. In spite of the things they had posted.

The scum, obviously knows he CAN’T beat me. Particularly after I smoked him in dumplings, BackYard Burgers, & beat his Krystal total. If he puts up some $$$, I’ll kick his butt in the only thing he’s won since cheating in Pelmeni, beans. Cookie can be the judge.

It wouldn’t surprise me if he tried to get Ian out as well.

My mistakes: Not calling the same day as it was posted on eatfeats. (Based on past history, with the posting being on craigslist, & it being a radio station, it was not reasonable to think the prize would be worthwhile, so I was slow to respond)

Not being a pain in the arse like the scum, & calling the guy many, many times myself.

Thinking that others ‘had my back’ in several ways.

While I may not have been able to convey the nuance of the situation, hopefully you get the gist.

Joe you are somewhat to blame. You alligned yourself with this lowlife scum many years ago. If four years is many , then so be it. He has no friends. As George Shea stated, women hate him and he is mentally deranged which is not an act. This is someone that is notorious for taking a crowd of people out to dinner and then hitting them with the bill. Pure scum

Boone you are a disgrace to humanity. You should be banned from entering any eating contest or challenge in the United States.

Boone is Boone. He does have talent and as preposterous as his personality may be, he does have a place in competitive eating. Bad sports sell tickets and put butts in the seats.

Actually, this highly negative tone towards him (as portrayed on this site) is helping both his cause and CE’s itself.

Mark my words, Dale will always be a draw in CE, because people do identify with him, and MLE knows it … BIG TIME!

Joe why do you call him scum! You just a few weeks ago took his word on something and slandered a fellow eater. This should go to show, you should mind who you get your information from. Also you should mind who you repeat it to, because it may get back to people.

You just now realize that Dale is the largest Jacka$$ on the planet.

I can honestly say Arnie will not tolerate eaters that insult the sponsors/judges/eaters/etc. Why? Because it damages the marketability of competitive eating as a whole. If you don’t have eaters that you are paid to bring represent the contest/organisation with good sportsmanship then you will in turn negatively impact the event/sponsor/CE and possibly prevent future events from happening. It’s common sense and business rolled into one. I don’t know what will happen to Boone but what I do know is that he was the most pissed of pro. eater I have ever seen in my life. I just wish I had pictures!

The proof has been posted for several months. Oh I forgot, you are too stupid to tell time or do a video search. Hey Brian, if you can beat Chow hound in Pickles then why dont you put some money on it..?

you can Post your challenge on eatfeats.com

Maybe Chowhound will put up 500 to your 100

    Thought so, punk

I got a better idea why should i wait until May 2008 . i will go youtube for all the world to see and buy 5lbs of sour garlic pickles and after 5 min see who the real champ is.I promise no camera tricks. Matter of fact i will even try to best that fake 3:45 2.94lbs or whatever the incompetant judges claimed it to be . How can anyone take you serious when you dont even provide EMT at most of your contests.

So, Brian, are you going to just tape yourself eating 5 pounds of pickles, or are you going to invite Chowhound to appear on BB’s Corner to do a face to face battle and settle it?

  16. anonymous said

    November 25, 2007 @ 9:14 pm

Brian dont fall for it . They are trying to get you thrown out of the IFOCE. If you go head to head with Chapman on BB corner make it PPV and charge $34.95 just like the boxing

Let me ask a serious question. What has Beautiful Brian ever received from the ifoce or quite frankly from CE in general? Sarcastic ballbreaking, a bunch of enemies, 1 begged & threatened trip to Vegas. A lot of frustration & disappointment. One win in his whole life by a pubic hair, where he won a tiny trophy.

  18. anonymous said

    November 25, 2007 @ 11:01 pm

Good point anony. But keep this in mind . In the past five years is there anyone ranked 40 or below in the IFOCE that won a tiny trophy or one win in their entire life? Or is their anyone ranked above or below 40 that would take the time to provide a website or an internet talk show just for the sake of entertaining the CE world? Please name one if you can. One more thing Brian competing against himself in pickles via youtube is the same as Arnie Chapman competing against himself in 2006 at the carnegie deli . There was no competition

  19. anonymous said

    November 26, 2007 @ 7:15 am

Why would Brian be thrown out of the IFOCE for going against Chapman when he already did a contest with Menchetti?

What’s the deal Brian, you pick the venue and the person who will hold the money..?

    Anonymous:

The totals of 2006 were the best ever for this event. Brian’s pathetic totals of 2.42 lbs in 2002 represents the lowest amount ever eaten by any one who has won the contest. The 2.42 would put Brian (maybe), 7th best ever…For a person claiming to be great in pickles 2.42 is a joke. Also, Brian’s record listed in IFOCE records is also a joke. Vineger or B&G type pickles are much easier than hard sour. Despite this, “The Ugly one” holds on to this as his only claim to fame and his reason for being.

Even when Chowhound lost to Jarvis in 2004 he lost by only .03 he did so while sick with the flu. Chowhound begged and wrote letters to Jarvis, Seikan and a bunch of other Eaters (including Eater X) asking them to please to come down to the contest at the Carnegie Deli. In that same letter, Chapman promised to be on his best behavior and assured the Eaters that he would be on his best behavior.

It is obvious to anybody who can count that Chapman is the true “Prince of Pickles”. If Chapman is not, as the “Ugly one” claims why won’t “Sickin” put his money where his mouth is? Brian’s request to have the contest on You Tube is Bullshit. Brian needs to show up with 500 dollars (that is given to a mutual party) at a location of his chosing (he can bring anybody he want to the competition). We will have a scale and a judge that both parties agreed to.

    WHATS THE DEAL BRIAN?

You cant blame it on your IFOCE contract. If you were concerned about being booted from the IFOCE for competing against AICE you would have never went against Menchetti at your apartment.

Please provide readers with any other excuses so we can have a laugh.

    Dear Rhonda Richie:

Boone is not good for CE. Nice attempt to stir the pot on your marketing website. Maybe you guys will take him back. The fact of the matter is that Boone nearly got his ass busted which would not have been good for publicity (although it would have provided some enjoyment for others) Playing the Bad Guy is one thing, but what Boone did could have been disastorous for CE.

Why does every answer to every article on this website end being either about BB or Moses or Boone – Nobody talks about Vida Blue winning the baseball MVP in 1974 anymore, or the demise of the wooly mamooth, or the history of the military’s theme songs – get over yourselves – start blogging on http://www.boringoldhasbeenstories.com, not Eatfeats. And please, don’t even answer this with one of your I’ll meet you in the alley, and eat your pickle threats. BORING

Chumpman, FYI Seiken ate 2.52 lbs in 2002 not the 2.42 you say he ate. You have to be deaf not to hear sliwa scream it out in the video. You beat him by pickle and a half at best in 2004 . You had a good day everyone gets lucky . The only thing you ever accomplished in your life was coming in second to Ed Jarvis in that same contest. Until you face IFOCE competition you will always go on record as beating nobody , BTW vinegar pickles are the worst bitter tasting pickles you can eat. You got a big treat with the sour garlic’s

BTW for the record it is great to have Arnie Chapman back on this site . In the past few months this site has been infiltrated with boring uninteresting comments by the fans. He is the shot in the arm that we need on eatfeats . Arnie dont ever think about enrolling in anger management classes . This is great stuff. Just what the doctor ordered.

I think the reason why “pacifist” IFOCE member did not come to your defense regarding your current battle with Chapman is that you disgraced the IFOCE by challenging Chapman and then pulling out.

IFOCE doesn’t run from anybody (despite Chapman’s claim) and you pretty much challenged him then pulled out. Its a good thing you are ranked lower than whale shit otherwise this could have been bad for the IFOCE. It probably would have been better to compete against him and lose instead of bragging and then running away.

Brian, I think we would have supported you (accompanied you to the event so Chapman does not start any shit) but you digged a hole for yourself and really made yourself appear scared….
