10th anniversary of Molly Schuyler’s Big Texan record
Today marks the 10th anniversary of @MollySchuyler eating three 72 ounce steak challenges in under 20 minutes at The Big Texan in Amarillo, TX. Her time of 4:18 for the first meal remains the overall record for the challenge. Here are the other challengers who have finished in under 10 minutes.

- Frank Pastore 9:30 1987 (Cincinnati Reds pitcher)
No one else has attempted three steak challenges in a session. Miki Sudo in 2019 and Scott Eats in 2025 finished two challenges.

I would love to see Molly interviewed after winning Nathan’s as much as seeing her win it with 55+. Thanks to that dumb contract, it hasn’t happened.

So many different people filmed this, but there are only a few videos I know of online. In some reports it’s claimed she started a 4th steak but decided against it, is there any footage of this?

There was tallk that Molly would come back and attempt four steaks, but that never materialized.

Mollys accolades have crushed Miki’s. That drunk stuffy bully knows where she stands if Schuyler ever went for Nathan’s. Most likely wake up in a pile of her own puke and forget to come.

@10:34 who has molly lost to? Dan has won a few vs molly but maybe only cuz it was a better food for him. Other than those few contests no one has beaten molly(the goat)

Molly would beat Miki. She would just need to train for a few months with real natural casing dogs. She’d win by a margin of 5 or more.

Molly reversed competing against Kobayashi in a taco contest. You could tell she was nervous and didn’t pace herself, she was slamming tacos down extremely fast, had a higher count than Kobayashi but he won because of her doing that. Joey would definitely beat her at hotdogs but Molly would certainly slaughter Miki if they were in the same contesr

Molly has never reversed or been DQ’d. There were livestreams of all the taco contests. She has said before that she would never do more hotdogs than Joey. She’s pretty adamant about that.

I have not watched that contest, but I understood it was a questionable deduction judgement because of debris. (no DQ)

Molly wouldn’t beat Joey at hot dogs but she has beaten Pat multiple times and would crush Miki. She lost a taco contest to Kobi and a few contests to Dan.
