Contest was great to and they did a good job in the transition in making sure it was consistant.
Great meeting up with many new people and the ones ive met before, trip was definitly worth it =]

We loved the show! While we enjoyed watching the entire competition we are glad to see a pioneer of the sport come to Dallas… BB you busted your but to make this event and as fans we appreciate it. Sorry the weather was uncomfortable but please come back next year.
    Congratulations to to everyone.

Thank you whoever you are. I didnt mind bustin my butt coming down. I just dont think i made a practical choice by flying in and out the same day. That goes for any contest in any state. I was more concerned with catching a 330 flight home because there were no more flights headed back to NY with my airline until 6am the following morning. People in Dallas & Lewisville are real down to earth and friendly.Hopefully ill put up better numbers next time

This is not the first time eaters have seen their final totals decreased from the original totals tallied on the score sheet after the event. Bam Martinez is one example. He is credited for 21 after adding up his plate only to find out on the major league eating site that the totals were changed.

Sneaky, I hate to disagree, but for this particular event I must. I was the person who recorded the numbers during the official count. The numbers posted on this thread were copied from the tally sheet I held in my hand in the minutes after the contest. I counted them myself and typed them myself. As a representative of the event sponsor, with no connection to any individual eater, there would be no reason for me to alter the numbers. The number I care most about is television reports (37 this year, from New York to Hawaii).

To the eaters who came out, thanks again for a terrific show. The crowd loved it, and we’re already making plans for the 8th annual event in 2012.

I think it is quite clear as to why Seiken refers to this site as eatfeces and from his bits and pieces he will continue to refet to it as such. . Tamale video has been up for nearly 48hrs and OJ Rifkin refuses to mention even though he knows all about it.
