    molly wins, pat wins. bob and tom lost. molly had pizza, she seemed to have a slight issue half way through, but then ate like 10 more slices for the win.

    Pat had some issues with his rules considering he was eating rice from a bpwl (rules are you have to have a completely cleaned bowl/table). It cost him a large amount of time. His competitor couldn’t handle the quantity near the end, and pat was able to make a comeback from an almost two bowl deficit.

    It was actually a nailbiting finish.

    Poker has the same kind of weirdos that latch on to it as competitive does. Matter fact there are training sites that try to get $35 a month out of you from supposed pros that make videos that are nearly impossible to understand. The ones that latch on to these sites usually grew up in broken homes and fall for the sales pitch “welcome to our family” Maybe the Sheas should start a “welcome to our comp eating family” site for the out casts of our society that need food as a substitute for holes in their lives. I am sure Joey Chestnut Stonie Sudo and the rest can put out training videos on eating while Sheas rack in $30 a month with the promise that your appetite will increase drastically if you join up. What are you waiting for?

    I received a bizarre threatening phone call on Sat from someone screaming into the phone about how he was going to kill me by breaking my legs and twisting my neck off. “it turned out to be Arnie Chowhound ” Chapman the amoral nutjob who heads AICE. He email me a few weeks ago telling me i cannot show up at any of his contests as an eater or spectator. When i informed him not letting me compete is his decision but he can’t stop me from watching any eating contests. He tried some bullshit about having me arrested if showed up but since i know enough about the law that there is no way he can do that. I talked to numerous law enforcement and legal authorities who support the fact that he threaten to beat me into the ground if i dared attend . When i received the call Sat i immediately dialed 911 and reported the incident . Two NYC police officers were at my door within 10 min and i gave a full report on the threats hes been making to me . I talked to him again this morning to try to reason with him but he continued his threats saying he would stomp me in the ground. When i told i would make sure his wife would find out about how a certain low grade eater performed sex acts on him in order to to get flown to Japan , he panicked stunned that i knew all about it. When he finally stopped stammering and stuttering all he could do was curse my mother and threaten more physical violence against me. I will be selling the entire rant on CD for $9.99 very soon. The pathetic crook knows that his two bit rinky dink organization is near its end that when his sponsors find out about his dirty dealings and underhanded illegal methods , AICE will be no more . Anyone who is serious about competitive eating and is involved with him should be advised to join a real organization like IFOCE because being in cahoots with this slimmy kook is only going to hinder him. No real eaters wold come anywhere near him or his sleazy operation Stay tuned for more updates

    Don, you seem to be taking it personal. The post was a look back at some of the more enjoyable times in IFOCE and you were part of it. The comments about you pertaining to the jalapeno contest are 100 % true but they were not meant to rile you up or cause animosity. They were humorous. At the heat of the moment you were upset and that is understandable considering you spent your hard earned money to fly to NM while certain others were flown out behind closed doors. Please do not be offended you are an idol of mine

    If you write something negative about a person, it’s personal. Plus, whoever predicted the fall of competitive eating was wrong. It’s great that there are so many opportunities to eat competitively. No one cares about gossip that happened so long ago. Too much of a playground for Seiken. Do the “cousins” really comment here or care? I do not think Allen Goldstein ever comments (don’t know, of course but logic says….) and when US Male comments, he puts his real name.
