Stonie is done. He went from 62 in 2015 to 50 something last year to now 48. He also is less enthused about his YT channel and is focusing more on his GF.
And what happened to Geoff Esper’s numbers? Went from 52 at the qualifier to 44.5???

conflicting reports from three different sources claim Seiken rushed the stage with a guitar and sung the Cheater song about Juliet Lee before George Shea called police who took him out in handcuffs . The other report claims that he sung either Stink for yourself or the Black and white song from the stick to blogging cd after the mens contest

The Nathans hot dog contest reminds me of the broken needle on your phonograph that repeats the same sound again and again until you fix it. Sudo Lesco Sudo Lesco Chestnut Stonie Chestnut Stonie but this year 2nd place was interrupted with Carmen . If you watch past Nathans contests from last 4yrs you can’t tell the difference . 10 minutes of fame but after the contest is over does anyone care or follow MLE besides the ranked eaters ?

Hey, 344, why don’t you look at the number of hits on Sonya’s web site and I think that will answer the question in your last sentence. Additionally, if eatfeats and MLE sites kept track they’d be well over a few million vistors! I suspect fans visit a lot more than ranked eaters.

July 4 1972 Seiken misses out on Tom Seaver 1 hitter vs Padres instead attempts to ride his bicycle on the belt pkwy bike path from Bayview housing projects in Canarsie Brooklyn to Howard Beach Queens to visit his cousin. He is approached midway by a dead ringer for Serpico who asks for a ride on his bike. 12yr old Seiken is frightened and gives him the bike while Serpico lookalike is motioning his hand to come along. Questionable call but Seiken made the right choice
July 4 1976 Seiken is left home alone in the Bayview projects making pillsbury bisquits when he spots a mouse darting into the oven. He flies out of the house sleeps on the housing office bench then heads out to Coney Island by bus for the Nathans 4th of July contest. Anyone can walk up on stage and enter the contest Seiken arrives too late as MC Max Rosey has already started the contest.
July 4 2009 Seiken is chosen as a judge for the Nathans finals by Dave Baer
July 4 2011 Gavonne sneaks from behind and calls Seiken names near the stage in Coney Island Seiken chases him around the complex while Will Millender just stands there and tweets on his cell phone
July 4 2017 Allen Goldstein accuses Seiken of sitting home and masturbating with roaches while dreaming about being in bed and having anal sex with Goldstein

I remember at chicken spedie contest Seiken was trying to ignore Chestnut but Chestnut asked him how hes doing. Seiken asked Chestnut Is it true that if you are unfamiliar with the food at the table it completely throws off your performance? Chestnut replied “Who told you that” ? Maybe a long time ago . Seiken replied it came from your very own brother. Chestnut then completely changed the subject ” Are you the one leaving those comments on eatfeats”? Seiken replied i have no idea what your talking about BTW go fuck yourself ” and walked away True story

George Shea introduces Booker like its Prince, Bruce Springstein or David Bowie. Getting so played out but here the thing. Actually Booker rap was a change of pace from that redundant put your hands in the air put your hands in the air. George Shea is the worst rapper i have ever heard. If his lifelong goal was to be a rapper and it appears it is, then why he is an MC for Nathans ? Another thing to think about . Is Booker getting paid for all these rap performances he puts on for Nathans and other comp eating arenas? I highly doubt it . Maybe a few natural casing Nathans coupons . Matter fact i would put money on it he gets nothing. He should branch out and do his own thing instead of wasting 15 yrs rapping for the shea brothers. That ill sure put food on the table

I couldn’t help but notice that the top 3 winners had their plates covered prior to the contest commencing. Does anyone know why it wasn’t done for the rest of the competitors? It seems like this could give them a slight advantage by keeping the buns moist, especially considering the hot day. I never noticed this in the years past…

Never noticed it? Wake up and smell the coffee. The top eaters get the freshly cooked dogs and most of them are hollowed out to make it appear that they ate 70 60 or whatever . Would not surprise me if Chestnuts real totals are more like 30 if he got same cooked dogs as everyone else and they werent hollowed out

Plates are covered to keep buns soft and dogs fresh,Anyone watching contest on ESPN , Joey dunking hotdogs in water disitergrating bun in water,,Only a couple of times do you see bun in Joeys hands, Did anyone check Joeys water? Did he even eat the buns or was his water pure paste.

Several top eaters from Nathans were invited to Marlins Park to see how many 1/4 nathans dogs they can eat in 5 min. As usual Conti was invited when everyone knows he doesn’t belong there . Yet Sheas felt sorry for him not making the finals and got him an appearance fee and all inclusive hotel and airfare. For those of you who still feel the need to be part of a supposed top notch organization that only caters to the chosen ones , think again . You are being had my friend
