The full field for Saturday's tamale eating contest in Lewisville, TX has been posted: Geoff Esper, Miki Sudo, Michelle Lesco, James Webb, Adrian Morgan, Derek Hendrickson, Darrien Thomas, Greg Wilson, Nathan Biller, Sergio Reyes Raya, Jocelyn Young and Albert Bravo (Nick Wehry was also listed but he will be doing the Cheesesteak Egg Roll Bowl.)

    Why is Albert Bravo allowed to compete? He just did a non-sanctioned event this past weekend and put the video of Facebook (bratwurst)?

    I guess MLE has double standards when deciding who to invite/who they require to sign a contract?? This will be his 4th MLE contest, btw…

    @712, Im sure he’s a good guy but I imagine it’s because they know he’s not going to place/win. Getting people like that under contract is far less important than higher level eaters. That should probably be obvious

    Watch out folks, saw that Moh is on a greyhound headed to Texas. Wonder if he signed the MLE contract and they are gonna slot him into Tamales contest at last minute. Or…he’s just off to do some other high payout local contest or food challenge with a large cash prize….

    And yes, I’m 100% serious that he posted a video of himself headed to Texas on the bus.
