Another Connecticut pizza challenge is available at Bang Bang Pizza in Norwalk. According to the restaurant’s facebook page, no one has finished the 22 inch pizza in the 30 minute limit and the only person to complete the pizza after the time expired is the woman pictured below:

“Connecticut Style Pizza” ??? Sorry, that word isn’t in our vocabulary here in CT. It’s NEW HAVEN style, but we just call it pizza around here. I’m sort of appalled that you didn’t even *mention* New Haven, let alone Wooster St., Peppy’s or Sally’s !?!?!??! The 2 BEST PIZZA PIES IN THE WORLD….Why do you think they called that poser joint you went to for the challenge “Randy’s Wooster Street?”
You so-called “Food Fanatics” BETTER be going to New Haven next season, or you’re doing a serious disservice to the state of Connecticut – and even worse – to the viewers who wanna know about the originals and the best spots to eat in this great nation.
I’ll spell it out once more, N-E-W H-A-V-E-N.
Oh and by the way, they invented the hamburger there.. but no big deal, right?

All above is true- there is NO “Connecticut Style” pizza. Go to Wooster St, New Haven.
