Upping the ante for the women eaters, there are surely more, they just need to surface. Too bad that Stephanie Torres left MLE, will have to check back in the archives and see how Meredith fared in Moonpies. Publicity from Darren Rovell is a big plus.

This is dangerous territory for you Gavonne. Additionally, I am confused. I thought that neither Gavonne nor Seiken was going to be commenting here. Did I miss something?

Why am I not allowed to post here? What’s the deal on that?Did I miss a memo or something? And what’s dangerous about admiring a pretty girl?As the reigning Doritos Eating Champion of the World why wouldn’t I be allowed to post on a competitive eating website?

Darren seems to have a genuine affinity to competitive eating—-especially the women. I remember around 2004 or thereabouts when he interviewed Sonya on ESPN’s Cold Pizza, highlighting the fact that she doesn’t get the credit she deserves, since she sometimes wins against men, versus merely competing against them, as is the case with women in other recognizable sports.
It’s a similar situation for Juliet, Stephanie, and Meredith too, to varying degrees.

Yes, SI, it could be dangerous territory for Gavonne, regarding those who actually pay attention to him. Anymore, what Gavonne says on this site or in any forum reminds me of the scene in the movie “Tombstone,” when, after a confrontation outside a saloon between Wyatt Earp and former big-mouthed poker dealer Johnny Tyler, Doc Holliday walks up unexpectedly and begins talking to Wyatt. After a few minutes of conversation between the two, Doc very politely, yet sarcastically, says, “I’m sorry Johnny, I forgot you were there.”

That sums it up better than any words I could come up with.

Having said that, I honestly wish Gavonne all the best, and with respect to eatfeats and BB’s site, it’s probably best if he’s Ga-gone.

It figures you would comment negatively about me since I outed you as a phony(There is no such person as Rhonda Evans-it is a phony name made up by a male competitive eater).Anyone with any brains does indeed pay attention to me,Mr.Evans, since I have a genius IQ level & I don’t spend all day like you commenting on a competitive eating blog.Get a life, dearie.Well, that’s all I have time for this week, duty calls.
