not at all. this will take an equal effort and requires the same “load” to be carried by each member. to the tune of 12.5-15lbs each. GO TEAM!

How many times are they going to do this and fail ? It’s not their first try. And who cares about ppl who are not in a League. What losers

Hard to imagine a more negative bunch of comments on here. People, get it together. Not everyone is one league or on one team. There is room for everyone in competitive eating. Why are there so many ugly comments on here, just plain rude and jealous, not helpful for attracting fans and eaters. GO TEAM.

I wish them luck cuz they’ll need it. That is alot of food. They recently had a 6 person team try it where the bear and Naader were on it with WE, Kevin Ross and Damon Wells, and they failed. So the question is is Molly and Miki > WE, Wells & Ross. I Don’t think so, but I still wish them the best of luck

I think Jamie can handle more than his share . Naader and Miki can handle there share and might be able to pick up a little slack . But the big question is can Molly eat 10 pounds of pizza . I’m going to give this a nod and say they will be successful . Good luck to you all .

You saw what happened in the 3 team burger challenge last year. Marcos the monster and Nick kehler sere forced to suck in a loss because the weak link US Male couldnt carry his share of the load

Jamie could do it all by himself. He is just being nice by giving the others on his team some exposure

The go team slogan reminds me of MLE in the early days when they expected losing eaters to applaud and cheer for the winning eaters

Great, college kids like to eat a lot of pizza. What’s next contests where college kids smoke a lot of pot, look at porn, or drink a lot of beer. These above average eating college kids are doing a heck of a job of making competitive eating a snore. It’s called overexposure, and Jamie McDonald is a master at it, along with aquiring a tremendous jock sniffing, dimwitted fan base that know nothing about competitive eating and how to make it grow in interest to the general public. Any free exposure for restaurants (even for those as small as Big Mamas) will eventually hurt all of competitive eating and mostly the independents. Moreover, a vast majority of the independents, including McDonald who couldn’t make it in the MLE, overinflate their actual talents (talk of being a legend, as good as Kobayashi, Chestnut, etc.) while the general public see the independents actual totals and say “so what.” Joey Chestnut eating nearly 70 hotdogs is talent. Sonya Thomas eating a mind boggling amount of hard boiled eggs or oysters is top news. Four kids eating a 54 inch pizza and potentially failing to do so? Bush league. These college kids saw the likes of Kobayashi, Chestnut and Thomas and they wanted their name in the paper too. Unfortunately, they’re not that good. Go team!

To “Rah Rah”. . .it sounds like you’re someone who just wasn’t invited to the party. Also you’re talking about free exposure? Big Mama is actually giving out cash prizes if the 54 is beat – that’s not free.

@9:33am, anybody can have a bad day. From watching the video of the 18 lb burger looks like Dave had to unexpectedly pick up the team when they were slowing down. It’s the only time I can remember him puking ever during a challenge or contest. He seems to easily take down 6-7 lbs in other challenges and Wing Bowl so how bad can he be? Seems like you’re just a hater.
