I’ve seen the whole 2 hour contest. The Gal has great capacity, but in my opinion, she’s doesn’t seem as good as Sonya or Koby when it’s comes to short speed contests like the 12 minute Nathan’s. I guess we’ll see if she comes to Coney Island this year.

Just a few points on the GAL, regarding what I’ve seen of her.

    1. Badlands you are being very kind with your words. After viewing the video I now am starting to think I might have a chance against her and I’m not even a big eater, let alone a speed eater.

    2. The only thing she has in common with Koby is that she is a fellow countryman.

    3. Natsuko is probably a very nice girl. And like me, it’s nice to always have make-up close by.

    4. I hope she doesn’t come to Coney, for her own sake. It would be embarrassing, though I think she probably could do 12 – 14 dogs and buns in 12 minutes. This would be quite a step back for the Japanese. (The day she beat Shirota that one time in Japan, is beyond me. That guy must have fallen asleep in his food.)

    5. “Moses” I do believe the OLD GAL would not be humiliated by the Gal in an eating contest. By the way Don, congratulations on your Bologna Record, though I feel sorry for Allen.
